There is nothing to complain about. We stayed in economy room with a fan and shared bathroom. It was a tiny room, but fine for us as we went there just for a night. Staff was friendly, helpfull spoke very good english and breakfast sufficient.

Probably the best 'city' hotel we stayed in during our trip to Myanmar. Be sure to book well in advance and confirm (by phone) a couple of days before you arrive. We stayed on the 2nd floor - clean room and reasonable bathroom. The staff are very knowledgeable about travel options and helpful in making arrangements.

reliable option for backpackers in yangon. very clean but very small good value rooms, v good hot showers, breakfast room too small for number of guests,and breakfast portions small, but that's a minor niggle. this is a great value well run place who will help with ticketing and information
