Hotel's location is OK. We managed to walk most places. A few places for eating nearby but close up early. Taxis about if you need. Bedroom and bathroom were not too bad but needed a spruce up. Stayed it for 3 days and it was very good. The staff are excellent, the room was clean with a very good bathroom. It provided a buffet breakfast with a good variety. I would recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Fantastic location right in downtown Mandalay, good places to eat nearby.

It is DIRTY and the staff are very unhelpful at the front desk but - the front office manager is a dragon - but the rest of the staff do try but it doesnt offset.
