The first room I was given (3rd floor) was very tired but more importantly very damp. There must have been a problem with the ac. “Big hotel with security”

On business, by hosts booked the hotel on my behalf because of good security. No issues, I felt secure and comfortable. I didn't find the other two resteraunts until I was leaving, check the 1st floor lobby area as well as the ground floor

“A bit disappointed on the room quality”

The room is relatively old even it s big. Buffet Italian restaurant on G fl. is good, worth to try! Staffs are not so helpful during check-in/out. I will try Pearl Continental next time. I did't use their facilities so no comments on that.
