Very very clean room. Pleasant setting off the road and a quiet neighborhood. Nice friendly staff. Good but typical breakfast, no TV and AC in #104 a bit noisy but manageable. Easy 10-15 minutes to Mekong river and or night market. Free computer and WIFI worked good. Would return.

I had a wonderful stay in the Villa Suan Maak. The owner was very helpful during my time there. She helped me book tours, gave me advice about where to eat, and was just plain nice. She happily chatted with many of her guests and made them feel at home.

We really did enjoy our stay here and would highly recommend this place. The rooms are compact and clean. The host/owner is a very attentive person who is available for any help or assistance that one might require. Free internet service was a big plus too.
