We spent 4 nights here in a bungalow. Could have spent another couple of days here. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a good size balcony which overlooked the spacious grounds. There was a small room off the bedroom with a wardrobe, storeage for suitcases and a fridge. The picturesque view from the open air... More

Great Hotel in a really interesting City. Our favorite city, in our favorite country, during our 5 week SE Asia tour. We loved the ruralness of Laos, the great food, and the really friendly people. Only down side is that they slash and burn, causing massive air pollution through out the region during the dry season. The Hotel has beautiful... More

We stayed at Hotel le Bel Air for 3 nights whilst in Luang Prabang and it made all the difference in our trip! Mr. Kim and all the staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and luxurious, breakfast was delicious and we were very well taken care off. The hotel is also situated right in front of the old... More

I will say the staff was very nice and the grounds are nice. Now the down side. We had to switch rooms because the air con went out in the first one. In the second one the cool air would cycle on and off warm then cool. There is no insoulation in the walls or floor ,so it get unbearably... More

We had a great stay in one of the bungalows, the bungalow was very nice and the staff quite friendly and helpfully. The free shuttle bus into town was great especially during the heat of the day and the bikes were in good condition and fun to ride. Our only concern was it was a little overpriced we thought although... More

We stayed here for five days and liked the hotel a lot. Our room was on the second floor of the big building and was very quiet. The room was very nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to town. It you are afraid of the heights (as I am)... More

This is a large property along the river, by the old bridge that can be used only by motorbikes and pedestrians. The included breakfasts are terrific, and the lunch and dinner menus are as good as any in town. Only a few minutes from town, handy for the morning alms giving that will be all set up for you by... I really liked this place. It's right on the river next to the old bridge, with a great view. Everything is really clean, and the staff was super friendly. It's about a 15 minute walk into town, but they've got free bike rental, which I strongly recommend. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five nights at this beautifully appointed resort with its wonderful gardens on the banks of the Nam Khan river. Our room in the newer block was spacious and well decorated with a large balcony overlooking the gardens and the river. The staff are superb - always helpful, smiling and making you feel welcome and at home. The... More

Wonderful, and heavenly peaceful stay in the hotel.Off the main roads setting with beautiful garden. Room in first building on groundfloor spacious and nice, if a little dark as unfortunately no window to front. As it is wooden floors above, you hear everything from upper rooms, ear plugs are a must. "Resort" implies something like pool or spa or such,... More
