Totally agreed with the previous comment, staffs are friendly, can meet backpackers & hotel is in a good location, however the 'tours' offered are expensive - No guides & all you get is an Arabic speaking driver, I appreciate his effort in briefly explaining the sights before we go in, but I would expect more when I pay that price. The rooms were clean, correct, and big. The toilet (outside the room if your room doesn't have) is always clean, and you notice the staff cares about this. The staff was extremely nice and they helped us in everything they could. They also have one day organized trips to the dead cities, The castle os Salah'adin, Krak des chevaliers, etc...... More
