Checking staff very lousy, Rooms dirty and not well maintained. The Bathroom was dirty, water leakage, Molded bath tub. Chinese Restaurant in a 5* restaurant is worse then a street food in China. The Breakfast is lousy. The Lunch and dinner offering is very Basic for the price they are charging. Over all experience 2/10 Not recommended. More

The Sheraton Jeddah is not the youngest hotel on the block but still offers a very comfortable stay with touches of luxury and excellent service.
