Everything from check in to luggage assistance and check out was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was large and well laid out. There are plenty of dining options in the hotel as well as nearby. It all just worked. The only thing that can be improved is the annoying Dhs 100 internet charge.

In 2013 the hotel is charging 100 dirhams per day for the Internet. Atrocious. Unacceptable for a hotel in the business district. I would prefer the Emirates Tower Hotel in the same area for providing free internet, better rooms, connected to a small mall & more restaurant choices. A great place to stay the rooms are bit small but they do the job. The employees are always there to assist and we received free use of their computer in the small business office. To avoid traffic delays it's nice to have the metro next door when you need to go to any of the malls.

Had a great day at the Fairmonts Friday Brunch. Eat and drink as much as you like for one payment. Service was excellent and staff couldn't do enough for us. Make sure you are punctual to get full value for money.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights whilst waiting to join cruise ship. First class service, very courteous and friendly. Comfortable room and good food. Hotel is close to metro station making it easy to get around and vist all the sights.
