Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terrible guest services, expensive wifi, gross rooms (including stained sheets), very sketchy "spa", no security, bedbugs, low quality breakfast, inconsistant cleaning service. If at all possible, find a different hotel to stay at.

Very good service, good food . Nice rooms . Very good location for tourist . Just across the burjuman complex with easy access to Kalid Bin Waleed metro junction makes you wonder easily in the city . On top of it very reasonably priced.

food is not up to the standard.view is good. but room service is poor. The sound from one room disturbs peoples in other room.although swimming pool is big.but over all make vacation terrible
