This is an excellent hotel with superb amenities, excellent restaurants and a great location. The staff really go out of their way to do everything for the guest. In comparison with some of the other hotels in Dubai, this one offers the guest a great value. I spent a week here and could not have been more satisfied..

We had booked a non-smoking room for 3 for our family arriving at 0130. When we arrived reception hassled us to pay for an upgrade which we declined; The room had beds for 2 and it took over an hour to get a third bed; The room smelt of smoke and had a stained carpet; Breakfast was being cleared away... Basic Hotel, clean, but the breakfast buffet a let down, staff seemed hurried, unfriendly, lacked engagement with their guests. Dishes always looked untidy, repitition of items almost daily. Overall a satisfactory experience. The travel desk though was good, and made great arrangements.
