We were diverted here from Heathrow when the airport was shut. The staff did not communicate with us upon check in and were very rude when were were checking out. As much as a room is nice you always remember the service.

honestly : hotel transport is good , hotel is very clean , hotel service is very bad , pool area is very bad and dirty , door lock always has problem , saftey box doesnt work, food in this hotel is good.
