The employees of this hotel were very kind and most accommodating. However, please be extremely cautious with Mario, the owner. He is rude, patronizing, abusive to his staff (and wife, who also works here) and dishonest. http://www.hotelvancouvervina.cl/ This an old, large house that has various rooms available to mostly Argentinian and Brazilian tourists. The room we were given was dirty, with one low-wattage light bulb. It was hard to see at night, so we could not read. We watched TV instead, but the remote control did not work.
