we went to stay there for two days and we payed 10 dollars extra to keep are dog there and he calls us and tells us that we have to take are dog with us and we payed the 10 dollars so we shouldve been able to leave him there More

Reserved a block of 6 rooms 6 months in advance. The motel scattered everyone throughout the motel instead of keeping us in a group. We are sorry for you unpleasant stay at our hotel.But as our hotel policy goes we respect all quest that stay at our hotel. We got stranded in Alexandria when the snowstorms closed the interstate. It was a good location because it's right off the highway and in a parking lot with a WalMart and a bunch of restaurants.
