If you went on their website to view pictures, the one of the lobby is so far from what really is their lobby that it is almost criminal misrepresentation. But it gets worse... At no cost should any self respecting individual stay here. The owners who staff the run down property are Pakistani which i'm not sure only discriminate against Americans or just the military. This place is just terrible. I had difficulty finding a place to stay for the night, and this was one of the few options available. And I can see why it was available -- property is in the terrible shape, front desk staff is rude, and the bed is very hard. All I can say is avoid at all costs.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff. Had 7 rooms for a group, staff was very understanding and helpful getting changes made and processing the billing. Will definitely look at using this hotel again when our group is near Anoka.

I was charged full price for a room I was unable to stay in due to a medical emergency. The management is RUDE and extremely unreasonable.
