The hallways, elevator, and guest laundry facilities were just filthy. No extra pillows or blankets on premises. Toaster smoked from crumbs and only 1/2 slots worked. No surveys to fill out for my comments. Noisy air conditioner in room and no coffee packets the 2nd day. Even the desk staff could not find any in the breakfast area! The room was fairly clean.

I stayed here one night on business and the owner a gentleman harassed me about not being a guest when I walked in the door. I had to show him my room key and thought it was quite rude.
