Room very unclean. Upon arrival see a dead spider halfway up the wall and cobwebb's all around it. Microwave plate dirty. Towel rack falling out of the wall, one side held up with a screw that had been put in to hold up and left sticking out of wall. Jetted tub was filthy. I took a q-tip and swabbed it,... More
