We were booked in this hotel by an "executive" travel agent for 4 nights. We were in a "suite" facing the road which navigates the circumference of the lake. We stayed a fortnight and looked forward to every meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly yet the service was always professional. My wife and I stayed for two weeks in mid June 2011. The staff were courteous, helpful, knowledgable but never intrusive. The food was excellent, with some very interesting combinations for the evening meal. Afternoon tea was worth going miles for.
