Stayed only one night at this wonderful place, but they got the small touches (and the basics) right. Everywere some small surprises, form the watherreport for the next day delivered to you room along with a good night story and the actual tv programm, over the free transportation to the city until the great friendly staff... They offer way and... More

The hotel is run brilliantly. Service is 6 star. Staff are very well trained and all super helpful. Although the hotel is not particularly wel located, this does not matter as the tuk tuk offer makes up for it. The gardens around the hotel are beautifully maintained, rooms are wel maintained, breakfasts are better than expected. This is one hotel... More

Chose this hotel because of the comments from other tripadvisors! Thanks all for this suggestion, my husband and I enjoyed a comfortable week there. The hotel is not for night life seekers as it's around 10-15 mins drive from pub street. There's nothing much around the hotel. But we do love the quiet environment. The hotel itself is clean, beautifually... More

Not in the busy center but a little off the main road so expect a relaxing and quiet treasure in this boutique hotel. I've probably had liters of their lemongrass welcome drink during my family's stay. We got a balcony overlooking the pool and that was special...and the room..very pretty and romantic! We looked forward to sneaking in a midday... More

This hotel is a beautiful oasis, with incredibly helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms with every convenience you could want. The massages were also very very good and cheap and the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of selections. However, its location outside the city center was annoying. They provide a tuktuk driver... More

Right now, I am hoping our next hotel can live up to this experience. Everything was perfect. The breakfast, though, took the cake (in fact, it included cake). We got up extra early before our flight this morning as to enjoy one more amazing breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a buffet of fresh fruit (mango, pineapple, papaya), a... More

My wife and I visited Siem Reap and fortunately the Pavillon d' Orient had one room left when we booked a month out. Very nice rooms, great service. You must take advantage of the spa and the Tuk Tuk driver. If there is a better place to stay while visiting Angkor Wat, good luck finding it. Brian Efird Winston Salem,... More

My son and I stayed here in April 2012 it was the start of our trip and I can honestly say it was fabulous, the staff went out of their way to help you, they were friendly, and always seemed to be smiling. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could want, the grounds of the hotel were a... More

Great service can make up for shortfalls in other areas. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is a small boutique hotel that is about 15 mins (via Tuk Tuk ride) from both downtown Siem Reap and from Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. The staff was very courteous and very responsive. The staff offers a few nice perks... More
