We booked a room on booking.com with satellite TV and mini bar We got to the room TV not working and no mini bar I asked to speak to the owner he started to give me a long story that the satellite is too expensive so he does t have TV as for the fridge he wanted 5 dollars he is obviously clueless, rude and has had no training in hospitality business I did not waste my breath just told him we are leaving The place is full of mosquitos Pool small 2x3 mt He is basically tricking people off told him to take TV and mini bar off booking ad Not honest we left to a much better hotel same price range

A nice enough place for a short-to-medium stay. If you're thinking about checking out the next day but may want to extend your stay, let them know well in advance. Otherwise, someone will be knocking on your door at 10.45 am telling you to get out because they're full - which they never are.

My bad experience started when I arrived. In Booking they promise a free pick up when you arrive but no one was there to pick me up. Then when I get to the hotel, the place is much worse than the pictures. It's old and run down. My room was not properly clean The first night I did not have water to brush my teeth. The mattresses are terrible, very uncomfortable. At last I asked them to get me a tuk tuk to go to my bus and they told me the place was 30 mins away and it would cost 5 dollars. But using a local tuk tuk app I got one for 1,5 dollars and it took me 10 mins to get there. These people are really dishonest, don't stay here.

Great location near lots of good places to eat, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and clean. There is a nice communal area with a pool which was perfect for cooling off in after visiting the ruins. Fresh French bread baked daily. We enjoyed the chess too! Recommended!

I stayed here for quite a while but as usual, these types of places eventually attract the types who just can't help themselves - they just love slamming doors at all hours. and pissing everyone off. A good place to stay if you're lucky enough to avoid the Kmer boguns.

We stayed at a hotel over the road but quite often went to le tiger for a quiet afternoon game of pool. The bar is in a small oasis of greenery with a lovely pool and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff, reasonably priced beers and food and shaded. My only criticism would be it maybe needs a lick of paint. The rooms are a good price and if my friends hotel were ever to close I would happily move here.

Liked · Location is fine and the swimming pool too. Disliked · The hotel not look like the pictures. The cleaning is terrible, the room suppose to have refrigerator but don’t, after they bring me one very old and dirty inside. The bathroom was moldy, the mattress was not comfortable and the sheets were stained. The hotel is not smoking but the smoking area is close to the rooms and we can smell cigarettes everywhere.

Nice place on the Sok San road. A bit odd that they ask you to remove your shoes though. I booked the hotel through Agoda and they said there was a refrigerator. There wasn't (an error in the listing or just not my room). The aircon worked well. The shower was nice and hot. There's a pool and a bar. I had a draft lager for $1. There's free wifi. A warning, the Sok San road was being dug up at the start of March 2020. No idea when the work will be finished. Bring decent shoes/trainers. Plenty of cheap bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away

My stay here was astounding. It is a tiny hotel, the lobby is so compacted with traveler’s huge bagpacks, pool is small with a size of about 25 sqm with 5ft. deep. The food on their menu is familiar and a bit pricey so you better go out and try diff restaurants in the area. There are tons. You’ll go crazy about them. My fave things in Le Tigre Hotel are: comfy beds, instagrammable aesthetics, interior design and warm lights. Gives so much relaxation after a long walk from The Ruins. The famous PUB STREET is just 800 meters away. You get to see a street full of people with diff races singing, drinking and eating. Such fun. Will go back but definitely with a Lover. Coz this place is so romantic.
