The One Hotel is a great idea and has great reviews, hence the reason for staying there on a recent trip to Siem Reap. The cost per night is expensive in comparison to other hotels in Cambodia other than at the very top end but is still reasonable by Western standards. It is centrally located so great for enjoying the... More

My husband and I visited siem reap right after our wedding and chose this hotel based on the tripadvisor reviews and wanting to experience the novelty of being the only guests in the hotel. Don't be put off my the location, being near pub street and all the noise in the evening. The bedroom is fairly well insulated and you... More

My wife and I recently stayed at The One on a trip to celebrate our recent marriage and we could not have been happier. First, the location is perfect and everything you need is within minutes walking distance. The staff is absolutely wonderful and was so helpful. Our luggage was lost by the airline, which normally could be a downer... More

This hotel, located in the heart of old Siem Reap was truly an amazing surprise. My daughter and I stayed here 3 days and loved every part of the stay. First of all, some of the very best dining in this town is within one block, as well as wonderful old markets and boutique shopping all within walking distance. And... More

In planning our current year trip, I realized I’d neglected to review the hotels we visited during last year’s vacation. So, apologies in advance for the tardiness, but this place was just too great not to review… We’d been excited to stay at The One Hotel Angkor after seeing the Forbes piece on television. In reality, it was even better... More

Friendly and helpful service. Once you get used to the oddity of being the only people staying there it's very comfortable, private. Lovely terrace upstairs for breakfast - depending on how oppressive the heat is! All the mod-cons you could ask for. We organised a driver and guide through the hotel and it was all great. Would definitely recommend, good... More

From the moment you arrive either at the airport (free pickup) or at the hotel you are the only guests and are treated as such. At what hotel do the staff escort you across the city so that you can repair your Pod? The hotel is located in the heart of the old part of town and is close to... More

This hotel may be pricey for Siem Reap hotels (if you're really trying to go budget you can find places for like $20/night) but I think you're really paying for the novelty of being the only guest here.... and when you look at it that way, this place is a bargain. Martin was wonderful about responding to emails in a... More

The One hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap; it is a hidden gem – a chic and modern compound that only you have access to. There is only one room, so it's as if you have your own apartment in Siem Reep, but with all the amenities of a hotel, plus an amazing staff. You really feel... More

So I think my experience at the One hotel is the best I have had in a long time... The One hotel is located in the heart of old town Siem Reap. There is a gay bar, and two boutique hotels all grouped together on the street, and all owned by the same guy, Martin. When I booked the hotel,... More
