This hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. The staff is very good - they went out of their way to accomodate us. We arrived late and they made a special accomodation with the restaurant to make a delicious sandwich and bring it directly to the room. I would classify the hotel as a "hidden gem" in Punta Arenas.
