Nice, clean hotel located on the water and about 5 minutes from the center of town. The reataurant is nice and features a good breakfast selection. I stayed there as part of a tour package but noticed the posted prices in the lobby (~$120-150) which I thought was a good value given that the rooms were modern, spacious and clean.

There were some issues checking in (as we were a large group), but they were...

The reception was a disaster. Took them 30 minutes to find our reservation on check in and then on check out took 45 minutes to check out because the charged us double for our room and could not figure out how to fix it.
Food at dinner was really inferior.
