We stayed on the executive floor where the rooms had been recently renovated. Rooms are really small for a 5-Star Hotel with very ordinary furniture. They are presently doing cosmetic renovations but it is so far off a Shangi-La standard it is doubtful it will ever be. Hotel is weather beaten, smoke infested, shabby and worn down. Service was friendly and helpful and staff very willing as they develop Shangri-La level skills. Not worth the price. More
