Was in Harbin for business from Apr 19-21. Hotel is a bit on the older side and was still doing some renovations at the time of my stay. Relaxing pub, quality in-house restaurant, complimentary breakfast (huge food selection), comfortable view rooms, right across the street from walking street and shops/restaurants, close to the river, close to the Ice and Snow World (http://youtu.be/5raKNDe-QhI). We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for the Ice and Snow festival. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Central Street. The rooms are large and clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very helpful and can arrange trips to the festival and airport taxi. We would stay here again.

We are staying here now for the January 2012 Ice Festival and we cannot compliment the hotel enough, it's great!.
The renovations have finished and our room on the 14th floor is lovely; new carpet, new soft bed, fluffy pillows and new decor. Our room looks out on the Zhongyang Dajie, the pedway mall and location is perfect to visit...
