I have stayed Phoenix Hotel over 5 times past two years. Rooms are average, but breakfast is great with friendly chef cooking omelets, eggs etc. Many Western food choices. I have been visiting the Phoenix Hotel in Shenyang since 1991 and still find it a good place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean even though they are starting to show some where and tear, specially in the carpeting. Room internet service worked fine.
