Good hotel in a good location, service is haphazard; two unneccesary issues with our bill that were resolved after we prompted. But a pleasant room. “Beautiful Reception Area”

This hotel was my favorite of the hotels we stayed in during our tour. My only complaint is: That we only stayed one night! The hotel is very beautiful. The staff was very helpful.. I loved our room with the awesome shower.. =))

“A nice 5 star property”

A 5 star hotel in a very nice city! Nice clean rooms, nice baths with plenty of hot water, adequate but not lavish breakfast, and a good location. The beds were decent for China standards (always a little on the hard side). Would stay here again if I had the chance.

“Below Sofitel standard but good value for money”

I would agree with some reviews below that this Sofitel does not live up to international standards of this change but then again we are in China and I think the hotel is still a good business hotel. “Very Nice Rooms”

Beautiful rooms in a nice location. Service however to me has always been important when staying in a hotel and this is where the hotel failed badly. The employees are happy talking among themselves and don't care about their guests.
