The staff was really friendly and helpful, from the receptionnists to the manager Andres who by the way speaks english (not so often in Colombia)...
We enjoyed our rooms. They were clean, comfortable and pleasant.
The hotel is well located in the center, in a safe neighbourhood, with taxis, buses etc.
A good value for money !
