It's impossible that the lady in recepción doesn't speak a word english, it way tío much time making my registration she's not Wellington educated, bad service there is no elevator. That's no good reaaly there are 4 floor. The breakfast and room service wad very good thougt.

The hotel itself is good and the staff friendly. Rooms are clean. It might be a little bit loud because of the location (somef discos around). But they double charge the credit card. After complaining they promised to resolve the problem, but nothing happens. So never give them the data of your credit card! Pay cash.

Physically the hotel and the rooms are attractive. Be aware that the beds are hard; they have a foundation (box spring), covered with a futon, covered with sheets.
