Stayed here for for a week in February 2011. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the down town Cartagena. Its a basic hotel with minimal amenities. The staff, although helpful, spoke very little English. Its best to brush up on your Spanish if you choose to stay at the Coral Reef...
