Prior to going to Abidjan and staying in this hotel, I read that the hotel manager and three guests had been kidnapped from the hotel, murdered and their bodies dumped in the lagoon. I was there on a business trip, rooms were standard Novotel rooms. Clean, restaurant was disapointing as far as the buffet is concerned, staff were cooperative. i would say this was OK for a business trip but i guess the Hotel would need something to revive life into it an almost all levels. For busiess, i would stay there again.
