Definitely not a 5 star hotel both in facilty and in service. Was kept waiting 30mins for a pre booked transfer. U can safely use a taxi outside the airport quicker and efficient and safe. The Pullman Hotel is comfortable but you pay the price. The rooms are a good size and there is a safe in the room. Poor selection of non-Francophone TV stations beyond CNN.
