Horrible experience! Our 2 year old toddler could not even play! dirty rooms! supposedly with a private beach front hotel but it was open to the public?!?!?! the walk to the hotel was too far!!!! I carried my two year old from the boat to the hotel! Food was average.

As the other reviews point out is a bit of an expedition to get here from the airport involving a bus ride,ferry,pick up truck and finally the Finch Bay water taxi followed by a 5-10 minute walk .Luckily the boat dropped us off at the pier and then went round to the beach abd dropped our cases there-all very efficiently... The most impressive thing about this resort is the way its employees make you feel at home. Tito, the general manager, was warm and friendly and very accommodating. Very special place. I will miss truly miss the people and the hotel. Rooms=not luxury but very nice/comfortable. As Roberta said, no t.v. but you won't miss it. Great bar. Excellent food.... More

This was a lovely beach hotel and the views from the pool looking @ the beach and the Pacific Ocean were beautiful. Surprisingly, the food was FABULOUS; really gourmet!!! It is eco-friendly, so forget about bath amenities (gels, moisteurizer, etc.) Rooms were nice enough, but no TV. My husband & I would definitely recommend this place. roberta f.
