Just returned from a weeks holiday in sharm.. requested a room close to reception and pool which we received. stayed here with group of girls - the hotel is lovely - the restaurants are grand - except i got food posioning on my first night - it was prawns so learned my lesson not to eat fish at all. the reception staff very welcoming - rooms were lovely always had lovely made animals etc from our towels or clothes... Just got back on the 12th May 2012. Generally we had a good time, 90% of the staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. The pools were good and plenty. Hilton Dreams is on walking distance from Naama Bay. It was perfect. Beach accross the road and through sisters hotel Fayrouz. Perfectly kept grounds and yes its always crowded. Really badly let down by the food - way below all inclusives in other locations we have been to (even in Egypt) and well below what you would expect of a Hilton and a Thomas Cook holiday at these prices.
