I got my Advanced open water licence through Camel Divers. This is the best place to be in Sharm El Sheikh because my taste bud seems to be in favor of their Indian restaurants, the bar on the top where you can meet many nice people, ice cream once you get back from the diving boat, a sandwich place that... This was our (my husband and I) second time stay at Camel Dive and I can only say that the experience gets better with every trip. We were greeted at the airport by our very sweet escort Bassem. He will go through hoops to make sure that you are comfortable and get past long queues easily. Always smiling and very... More

The hotel is small but in a great location in Naama, not beachfront but just a stones throw away; the rooms are large but need refreshing. The central pool is deep and used for diver training. The Camel is famous for its sports bar, now modernised, used to be rugby orientated but now foozball has taken over, Come back Mike.... More

My wife and I stayed at the Camel for w/c 12 Feb. It was my second visit but the first for my wife, a non-diver. It's a small, friendly hotel, centrally located in Naama bay, but quiet and comfortable with two levels of rooms around a central pool. Pickup from the airport was efficient and we were welcomed at the... More

This was my first time properly abroad, so at 33 and so little travelled, its difficult to base my experience on anything else. However, the Hotel is in an excellent situation for the nightlife, you step out of the door, and there it is!! And when you've had enough......you step straight back in the hotel! The beach is also just... More

Camel won't be everyone's first choice, but if you're here to dive and enjoy good food and great company and service, then you won't regret Camel. The rooms are looking a bit tired but I understand they are just about to start a renovation programme. The food in both restaurants is excellent. We don't eat anywhere else. More

Have stayed at the Camel hotel and dive club a number of times, and now realise that it is going downhill. There was no hot water in our showers for 3 of the 7 nights we stayed and although the staff said they were going to fix it, it never happened and we had to resort to using the showers... More

This was my first stay at Camel and my first time diving, all the staff both in the hotel and the diving centre were brilliant, all very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is based in the centre of Naama Bay, so great if you want to sample some different bars and restaurants, if you don't, the hotel has great places... More

This was our second visit to Camel Hotel and Dive Centre. Our last visit was in 2010 and again we were not disappointed. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable and very functional. We were on the 2nd floor and had our own private balcony overlooking the pool. The staff in the hotel and the Dive Centre are polite, extremely... More

Great choice of rooms, diving, bars and restaurants! The staff are fantastic, efficient, friendly and always remember your face when you return from year to year - they go all out to make you feel welcome. Brilliant atmosphere, fabulous choice of dining and reasonable prices. And not least is the fact that it is one of the few places in... More
