Pictures on internet are so so deceiving, hotel need a good renovation. Food was always not enough for all the guests, towels and bedding were brown (originally white) and stained luckily we had carried our own towels. I have been to this hotel 4 times and our 5th visit will be in august, you cant find a better hotel if you tried we have always been made to feel part of the badawia family. We also have stayed in room 111 and the dogs have been above us we have never heard them or smelt any urine... More

Have to disagree with you on the title buddy, I beat the staff all the time with a stick!!..:p I understand and agree on your point about the difference in the quality of the drinks from this year and last year, but the only reason for that is the supply and selection of bottles in the market that hotels use... What bad reviews????? We have 1150 reviews of which 86 are terrible, 551 are excellent and 334 are very good, and if you are not a numbers guys, look at the pretty bar chart and you will undated our customer satisfaction levels!!
