The location is bang opp the Bus stand...very convenient if you intend to visit Thirumala.. Food is authentic and delicious..Rooms are a little on the small side...Service is bang on...Overall a very good experience

Needless to say we were not disappointed....the food remains one of the best we have ever eaten, the hotel was spick and span, and the guest services were outstanding. The hotel, its location, its staff were all good. The only trouble we faced was with the room services. We had a one year baby traveling with us and had to face issues due to the delayed services. It was a good hotel with helping staff. I and my family enjoyed our stay here. The best thing of this hotel is its location which close to the railway station and the bus stop. The only think we did not like was the smell of smoked cigarette in the corridors.

We stayed for a day. It is very close to bus stand. Rooms were decent, breakfast was ok, staff was ok, nothing negative to write about. Hangers were missing in the closet, we wish we had more storage space.

The hotel was not bad. the food was excellent. What irritated us was the behaviour of the reception staff and the room service. They have a very bad attitude and behave cheaply. I have stayed 12 and 13th of FEB at this hotel. i was given a very warm welcome by the hotel manager and gave us the very good room. Rooms are specious, good lighting and comfortable furniture. Really we had a peaceful sleep after a long journey.
