The Suburban Extended Stay was clean, the staff is friendly. There's a nice size refrigerator in the room, along with the kitchenette. Nice location. They also offer discounts at IHOP. Would come back.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and only was disappointed once. I like how clean the rooms are, nice kitchen area and the beds are comfortable. “excellent hotel deserves better reviews”

This is an excellent hotel deserves better reviews. Front office manager Bonita (Bunny) Rulason is is very friendly lady with beautiful smile. The room is in better condition than 2-star hotels in the same area (like super 8). Stay here is definitely a good choice!

“I stay here”

Anytime I am in Alamogordo visiting family, I stay here. Nice new place, great price and very well taken care of and not a bad location. Having a kitchenette in the room makes it nice, especially if you are there for any length of time. Like the discount for IHOP too.

This puts many other of the local motels to shame. Newly rebuilt and well maintained. Staff is great. Will definitely return again when in this area. They also offer discounts at some local restaurants

“Good stop after a long day”

I found this Suburban to be a good one. The front desk lady was really friendly and helpful. The room good; the air conditioner worked fine on a hot night, and it was quiet. I prefer extended stay type places and this is a keeper.
