I stayed here for more than 2 weeks and what I observed is:
Pros:
1: I was staying in Suite which was nice as far as space and cleanness is concerned and for that reason I would like to rate room space and cleanness by 4.6*

I stayed here for 6 months whilst working in India. I would recommend as a lower priced place to spend a few nights with Delhi being easily reachable by metro.
Good bits;
Rooms are generally clean and well tidied by the team of maids.
Good location away from the busy roads
Reliable hot water :)

The best place to live if you are not in a habit of living in 5 stars. It is apartment hotel with lot of space for yourself or if you have a family or group. Only one night I had one cockroach inside my unit but I think owners will take initiative to get rid of it.
