We had checked in this hotel on 4th May at around 10.30 am.No hot water is available at that time.We have been given room in 3rd floor and lift is not working .The staircase is very narrow.Though it is very near to Railway station is is in a narrow lane and the room & bathrooms maintenance is very poor.Hotel building...
