Right in the center of the city, close to malls, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. For me, it was also walking distance to the office. Recently renovated (lobby still in process), and great service. Would recommend this hotel highly. Did not give it 5 stars because there were minor inconveniences due to upgrades. More

Of course the location of this hotel is very good, their service attitude is amazing, especially when you are with family. They really know how to take care of you. And I mean right from top to bottom. Karavilli has an amazing collection of South Indian style sea food. More

Great location ... right on Residency Road (very close to MG Road). The rooms are very good. Do try their seafood restaurant (Karavalli) which serves really good food. The lobby is currently under repair but that didn't lead to any problem. I was worried there would be noise due to the repair work but never really heard anything. More

I booked into hotel gateway on a special offer weekend package. The hotel was in major renovation which was a big put off and wasnt mentioned at time of booking. While weekend package benefits were good there was no "much needed" internet connection in room. Overall a very old hotel building undergoing renovation & lot of inconvenience. More

I went to dine at Taj gateway on 26th december.......The hotel looks ok and the lobby is small and some said that it is under rennovation......but the food is great......i just had a ride around the hotel....and was good....and have alot of space for improvement. More
