The room we stayed 416, had typical old flavour which I liked very much. They could have made it much better by giving latest bathroom fittings and new generation television !! Old furniture is well maintained. The breakfast spread needs improvement.

“Great place for private parties”

A friend had a get together recently, and I must mention that the overall experience was really excellent. Great food, including the short eats which kept coming hot and fresh, the main course was outstanding, and the service was good and pleasing. The bathrooms too were clean and dry.

“Worst Hotel”

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel I need to caution readers on a few aspects. The hotel is poorly maintained (I was put in an older room which had all unhygienic things - better not mentioned). The hotel staff were consistently rude (all departments). Poor Service and No customer focus. AVOID or pay for it.

“Convenient and comfortable”

The hotel is located in a convenient place and easy to reach. The hotel has avast frontage and spacious lobby. However guest seating in lobby requires augmentation. Rooms are neat and well laid out. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

“Worst bathroom fittings, worst room service”

Bath room shower fitting came in hand. Bath tub not clean. Television not work properly. Poor room service. It took 1 hour for serving simple order. Breakfast spread id okay. With to taste Idli and masal dosa. But you have to wait for drinking Water at least half an hour.
