The hotel is on the main road, just opposite to the KSRTC Bus stand. The rooms are reasonable. Price is economical. Break fast is good. The staff are friendly. The shopping are is in walkable distance. The lift gives a good view to the city.

The Arcadia Hotel in Kottayam is a wonderful hotel in Kottayam and its probably is the finest in the town. A 11 Story building gives spectacular looks of the town which make a wonderful Stay. Staff was v courteous. Break fast was good. Value for Money.
