Very ideal location, 10 mts from railway station. This hotel has good history, quite old but completely renovated and excellent rooms. Service was great too..We were there with kids and my mother. Everyone liked the hospitality, surroundings and proximity to the city's major attractions. Will definitely recommend this hotel..though I felt it was little premium priced...

Clean rooms with good showers, TVs and air con. Food caters for an Indian market only. Single room cramped at back of building despite booking and paying for deluxe double. Food for Indian customer only, juice bar at front of hotel made me ill. The hotel staff were really very good.

The Food was excellent. They had maintained the essence of kerala cusine. The appams, kerala parota, dosa, kadalai baji were wow. Those who want to eat veg food should surely eat at this place. Their seperate fast food counter and ice-cream counters are a treat.

The rooms are small & cramped, but quite clean. The housekeeping was good. Other than that, the front desk, restaurant, room service etc. were terrible and they don't care about customers. Overall not much value!
