“Conveniently located nice hotel”

Located near two Multiplexes and commercial areas, it is relatively new property with neat and clean rooms and amenities and tea/coffee maker in the rooms. It mainly caters to banquets for different sizes of gatherings also- so food is good too. We had a meeting of Lions Clubs International and stay in the hotel itself.

“Budget Business hotel -fine for short stay”

Hotel Onn is located within main city but a bit away from commercial centre Feroze Gandhi Market, where one can have lots of options in the similar budget. Rooms are small but clean and compact. average food quality with few options. Fine to stay for business travellers if other options are not available.

“Adequate rooms, rude staff, poor food, loud music until the early hours”

An attempt at a modern urban chic hotel... fail. Surly staff, terrible food, incredibly loud music from the ktv downstairs through the night. If stuck for somewhere to stay, it will suffice, but not the one you should choose.

“Very rude behavior”

I went there to enquire about the reservations for party. But the women at the reception was so rude. She didn't even care to greet. And when I asked her about the booking system. She wanted me to buzz off, ignored me.I felt harassed by her behavior. Very rude of her

“Pleasant stay in Ludhiana”

A reasonable stay of 4 nights. We had a suite which had 2 double beds and a lounge area. Could do with a proper resteraunt for evening meal. Hotel clean and tidy. Staff on desk spoke reasonable English rest of staff struggled but you could get things across. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at hotel Onn in February 2012 and had a Sagan function and chuda ceremonies at the hotel. Hotel staff went out of their ways to accommodate every need we and our guests had.
