Inspite of having confirmed full advance paid booking made through Hotel.com, room was not given to us. Later we came across one more family which had same experince at the hotel. It seems they oversell their room inventory. Travel Sites like Hotel.com should avoid such unprofessional hotels as it gives bad name to them also. More
