This was the third trip to Ranthambore and both time previously we had stayed at the Rahthambore Bagh (which is another fine hotel). This time we decided to check out the Taj hospitality. The hotel lives up to the Taj standards. This is a lovely property with Rooms spread around a large open lawn and the main lobby area and... More

Went to this hotel a couple of years back and at times my husband and I were the only guests but this time there were more guests which makes the experience better for showing tiger photos etc. and chatting with other people - met some great people there. Also there was a Rajasthani folk band every evening on the terrace... More

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was originally a hunting lodge and still has the same look and feel. The room we had was large and comfortable with a separate sitting are and a big bathroom. We also had a private courtyard with an outdoor shower. This hotel was booked as a package from our tour company... More

We have just come back from our trip and had an overall good experience. Rooms were good but not of the same quality as other Taj properties. Bathrooms were the highlight and there was a lot of greenery all around. Courtyard is badly maintained and not LCDs in all rooms. Food is just average with not too much of a... More

We stayed three nights in this converted Hunting Lodge of Late maharani Gyatri Devi. Tucked away on the Ranthambore Road, it is a very nice property with a lot of old world charm yet refubrished with modern luxary. The hotel has four blocks. The main hunting lodge houses the lounge, Dining Room and Front desk with a wide verandah facing... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was superb it was separate to the main hotel and overlooked the garden. The pool was good and never crowded. The food was good. We ate breakfast and dinner outside. They did us a superb breakfast box for our early departure. A man with a camel ride was there most days. For 200rupees each... More

I stayed here with my 8 friends during December for 1 night. Location is nice, the property is quite big like other good resorts in Ranthambore, but I didn't like the rooms. Ordinary rooms you can't rate it to 5* property. We had AP plan, so the dinner was also very normal with basic veg and non veg dishes, so... More

What an amazing hotel this is!! We stayed for three nights as part of a three week trip to India and were happy to find that the Lodge has a fascinating history. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed including a HUGE marble bathroom. Safari's are early morning and late afternoon so... More
