We had an initial problem with the dates and the hotel policy was to charge 100% fee to change the dates - we had booked 3 rooms. Eeeck! However after a few frantic phone calls the reservation manager helped us out and changed our dates without the fee. Thank you! Our stay there was lovely and it is very grand...
