I stayed in this hotel for 3 days during Jan-2012.The rooms are clean and well maintained.The staff is friendly and helpful.Food is also ok but location is ok if you have your own vehicle.Hotel ambiance is good and generally recomended for stay for tourist and you dont face much problems

i stayed in Trident Agra in the last week of April 2010.
short comings:
1. Smell in the corridor
2. no permanent pool for kids
3. Kids room is not in the main building it is at the end, in the park.....imagine in hot summer who is going to go all the way to leave kids in the kids room...
