I read in one of the reviews posted here in 2008 that the lift was broken. Surprisingly, in Oct 2009 it was still broken. Imperfect room amenities, Rude staff, Indifferent management, inexcusable service and TERRIBLE experience. Dont go here even if its the last hotel in Agra. More
