We booked in for 3 nights as this seemed to be the best option available to us in Dehradun. (Does not say much for the other hotels there). On arrival we questioned the difference between the Deluxe and Executive rooms. We were told the tea and coffee making facilities and decoration of the rooms made the difference. We opted for... Pathetic- The rooms are in a bad shape, carpets stinking, electricals not working, bad hospitality, Pls do not select the hotel as it is very highy priced be it rooms or food with zero level of happiness for the price we pay.I am still in the hotel and will check out 1st thing in the morning and shift to a... The hotel smells dank, the rooms require a lot of modernising and despite complaining several times we got cold water showers for 3 nights. On the last night I came down with flu and after complaining to the Manager we got a heater in the room installed dangerously as per the image. The Hotel appears to be making money on... More

Would not stay here again. not very clean, restaurant smells, rooms smell. They put me in a small corner room and charged me for a full size deluxe room. Refused to reduce my rate after I pointed this out. Poor restaurant. electricand plumbing failure. More

Now coming to facts, Dehradun is a pretty sad town - nowhere near the open roads of delhi or any skyscrapers or anything else - its not modern in any way. Madhuban is decent in a dehraduni way. What's wrong: - It is not VFM for most travelers on their own budget. Limited supply of quality hotels has its issues... More

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location. Large amount of parking and lush green lawns make it an ideal wedding location. Perhaps that is its only USP. Otherwise, the furnishing is old, but just about comfortable. It is priced on the higher side compared to the amenities. We had an old TV, about 5 years old model... More

I didnt like the hotel at all. I've been told by everybody I know (friends, colleagues etc) that it is the only/best place to stay in Dehradun but I was not impressed. They were having renovations while I was staying which was not very convenient. Food etc was basic. The room was massive but didnt feel very clean. Pillows were... More

normal business hotel, there is not so much selection in Dahradun, which is only 500 km south of the Himalaya, room was clean and all necessities for a short stay were available, airport is a little far away, but with taxi no problem, there are only a few flights per day to Delhi, there is not much to see in... The hotel is very strategically located outside the crowded city center. Has good parking and is build on very open ground with the West side rooms providing good view of Mussoorie. Except for the location the hotel doesn't offer anything. There is seepage in most of the rooms, rooms are furnished only with old furniture. Room service is non-existence. Restaurant... More
